Mental State vs Race Performance

This project collects anonymous data from runners to explore how mental state before a race infulences race performance and satisfaction.

The goal of this research is to better understand patterns between psychological factors and race outcomes. By gathering data from runners across different distances and experience levels, the project aims to identify trends such as whether higher confidence is associated with better performance, whether anxiety affects race satisfaction, and how sleep may influence race experiences.

We ask that you only submit your real experiences as to not skew the data.
